Returns and Exchanges

Each piece at Moonstruck Goddess is one of a kind and due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

We do accept returns with 30 days of purchase for items that arrived damaged or defective. To be eligible the item must be:

• Unused and in original condition.

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery (for damage claims) for damage claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in our packaging but in the event your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping box

This allows us to properly assess and assist you.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, exchanges are not always possible. If an item is eligible, we will offer a replacement of equal value when available.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of return items.

Important Notes

Natural variations, inclusions, and imperfections are part of the beauty of crystals and are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided and checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
